POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing overall administrative support for Sales including but not limited to the following functional areas: Wholesale, Retail, International and OEM/Appliance Parts


PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs administrative support work for departments assigned
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, tradeshows, conference calls, and other executive events; informs attendees/participants of function dates and times, reserves meeting space, manages Skype for Business conferencing technology, if required, and hospitality services when appropriate
  • Pulls basic informational reports from Stratum to provide Sales channels with data and metrics for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Coordinates international and domestic travel, hotel, and car arrangements for department employees and guests, and ensures proper visa, passport and vaccination requirements are met for international travelers
  • Arranges, maintains and reschedules calendar appointments, and ensures the appropriate materials are available for meetings
  • Establishes, maintains and revises office filings and other record-keeping systems
  • Maintains sales rep listing for Brasscraft Manufacturing Company websites
  • Calculates and submits expense reports, invoices and orders office supplies as needed
  • Performs other related duties as needed and assigned

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3 years of administrative support experience
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to think analytically, creatively, and independently with excellent problem solving skills
  • Service orientation
  • Proficient level in Microsoft Office applications, advanced level MS Excel user
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships, while working collaboratively with cross-functional business teams
  • Demonstrated successful ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Associate’s degree
  • Experience coordinating international travel and travel related requirements
  • Familiarity with the plumbing industry and products
