The Customer Account Coordinator is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the Customer and Sales Support Team.


  • Provide strong account management with efficient, courteous, service providing information and resolving routine and non-routine inquiries in a timely manner within established guidelines.
  • Provide overall day to day customer service and support including but not limited to maintaining, updating and providing pricing information, order status, delivery information, calculating volume discounts, preparing customer quotations, memos, correspondence, reports, statistical data, issuing customer return authorizations, credits, and adjustments.
  • Acting as liaison between customers and various other departments as well as the rep agencies and sales managers.
  • Enter purchase orders into system with high level of accuracy and volume.
  • Participate in continuous training on policy, product and processes.
  • Some travel may be requested but should be considered optional.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as needed and assigned.


  • Associates degree in Business
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Care.
  • Above average and demonstrated interpersonal skills should be coupled with a courteous, friendly and positive attitude, which can be displayed by articulate and excellent phone and writing skills that promote a positive work atmosphere.
  • Demonstrated successful ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines.
  • Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative without daily interaction with management
  • Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite


  • Familiarity with the plumbing industry and products.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
