The National Accounts Manager (NAM) leads the company’s efforts to maintain and expand relationship with Home Depot and is responsible for executing company strategic account objectives utilizing detailed project plans. The National Accounts Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customer(s). Location of this position will be at the Masco Retail offices in Atlanta, GA.


  • Establishes and maintains relationships with all decision maker, influencers and key strategic partners
  • Manages sales through direct contact with assigned customer(s)
  • Develop and execute account initiatives with assigned customer(s)
  • Analyze proforma’s and other financial data to make informed recommendations
  • Review POS and other available customer data to create opportunities and drive growth
  • Analyzes customer specific metrics and market trends to accurately forecast product demand and financial revenue
  • Acts as liaison cross-functionally, in efforts to resolve customer matters
  • Attends and performs necessary duties at industry trade shows, seminars and organization meetings as necessary
  • Maintains a current understanding and knowledge of all program related activities and communicates status to appropriate parties
  • Manages, trains, provides performance feedback and assigns duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Able to travel up to 50%, including overnight
  • Performs other related duties as needed and assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business management
  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating proven success in growing sales and closing deals primarily within the retail channel
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis and cost control practices
  • Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite


  • Able to travel up to 50%, including overnight
  • Performs other related duties as needed and assigned
